“What the heck is VoIP”?

______________________

VoIP is…

- an acronym for voice over internet protocol, or in more common terms
phone service over the internet. Therefore, voip is also known as internet
phone in common language. Voip is related to the terms ip telephony and
internet telephony, which you’ll be hearing more and more about during the
next several years.

Voip is offered through a number of “voip providers” or
internet phone providers“. Voip is just another use for the internet
- this time for making Cheap Phone CallsVoip is also simply a means by
which voice can be carried over an internet connection similar to data.
Voip is combination of two technologies voice data and Internet Protocol
to transmit voice on longer distances with lowest costs.
In other words, voip is the
routing of vocal conversations over the internet,
or any other network that is ip based. Voip is really just a complicated way
of describing a communications system that allows you to abandon your
current telephone system and replace it with one that passes through your
business’ internet connection.

The voip is a protocol that is optimized for the transmission of voice through
the internet or other packet-switched networks. More importantly,
the claim of voip vulnerability to the open internet is largely
misunderstood because VoIP is not about toll bypass, although it did start off
that way for hobbyists.

All you need to get started using voip is a home computer, a
high speed internet connection and a janet jackson style headset.
As broadband internet access becomes more widespread,
voip is also becoming an
increasingly easy and convenient way to communicate.
But before you decide that voip is right for you, it is important to

remember that

voip service requires a high-speed internet connection.

Voip is a best solution if you have enough internet speed. Voip is
same like modem that use internet connection for transferring voice signal from
your telephone equipment into a digital signal. Cable voip is
often bundled with tv and internet access,
making it more affordable.
Because voip is an internet-based service, it offers more
capabilities than traditional phone lines. Because voip is internet-based, it’s
potentially vulnerable to viruses, hackers, and denial of service. Voip is significantly
less expensive than typical telephone long distance packages,
plus one high speed internet connection can serve
for multiple phone lines with NO LOSS in functionality, reliability,
or voice quality.

In simple terms, VoIP is a service that lets the channels on your t1   connection
switch between voice and internet as call volume dictates. VoIP is location independent,
only an internet connection is needed to get a connection to a voip provider; for instance
call center agents using voip phones can work from anywhere with
a sufficiently fast and stable internet connection. You need to purchase a calling card
and the charge per minute is in cent, so voip is very cost effective solution for
those who have good internet connection.

Unfortunately, many in the computer and internet security industries now believes

voip could be the next big target for spammers. – Hope not!

One advantage of voip is that the telephone calls over the internet do not incur

a surcharge beyond what the user is paying for internet access,

much in the same way that the user
doesn’t
pay for sending individual e-mails over the internet.

Because voip is location independent,
you can take your voip Cell phone with you

wherever you go, and provided you are connected

to the internet you can receive incoming calls.

Inside Secrets of MLM Compensation Plans by MLM Advocate Len Clements

INSIDE SECRETS OF M.L.M. COMPENSATION PLANS  Presented by MarketWave CEO and DRA board member Len Clements

Len ClementsCompensation plans can be one of the most mysterious and confusing aspects of a network marketing opportunity. Although most companies employ qualified compensation plan consultants to assist them in developing efficient, ethical pay plans, there are a not-so-small minority that do not. Whether it be due to incompetence, deliberate deception, or a reluctant but necessary effort to remain competitive, there are several comp plan aspects being employed today that look great on paper, in theory, that rarely live up to the hype. Some companies are counting on the ignorance and naïveté of their distributors and prospects when designing their pay plans.

That is, they weren’t counting on you hearing a presentation like this one.

Inside Secrets of M.L.M. Compensation Plans is a presentation much like that of a rogue magician who exposes how all the tricks work. Once they’ve done that, the illusions lose their power to persuade. Len intends to do the same thing with M.L.M. compensation plans.

Here are just some of the points that will be covered in this presentation:

1) Why your compensation plan is the least important aspect of your opportunity’s income potential.

2) The importance of where a plan is “weighted” and how most plans today are weighted the opposite of what is most optimal.

3) How BVs and CVs are used to manipulate you and water down a pay plan.

4) Why every plan has “breakage” (unpaid commissions) and how to spot it.

5) Why no plan can pay “infinitely” in depth, and the catch among those who claim they do.

6) Other illusionary pay plan benefits that rarely benefit anyone, and why.

This will surely be a controversial, but extremely enlightening presentation. But to be clear, this discussion will not favor any one type of pay plan over another (see #1 above). The aspects exposed during this 60 minute training will be applicable to any and all types of plans, and every distributor is vulnerable to them regardless of what type of plan their company uses.

Please attend, and tell your team!

Thanks for your support of the DRA training calls, and your commitment our great profession.

MLM Top Trainer Sue Seward Asks a Great Question Why Brand Your Passion

Posted by:  :  Category: GiConnect Vs Other Telecom MLM Cnys

Troy Dooly and MLM Help Desk welcomes Sue Seward as a new regular contributor to the MLMHelpDesk.com community.

“After networking and making connections, building relationships online for over twelve years it’s come to my attention that email is sort of dead don’t you think? How much real connection email do you receive now days? How many people are actually connecting and building relationships online using email? Most of what we receive is spam wouldn’t you agree?

Geez, how much Viagra can a person use anyway?!! hahaha!

I still remember back when starting online in 1996 all we had was email and a few chat rooms and forum message boards and of course the tried and true telephone which is always one of our best tools for networking right?

A lot of people come to me and ask my opinion on having a personal website and what’s more important – having a personal website or a replicated marketing system?” Read the rest of the story…
